#Tornado #Alarms were blaring this week across U.S.  Did you have to#run and hide in your #closet /basement/ safe room?  I know I did and thankfully the tornado did not touch down here!  The storm devastation cost many others everything.  Thankfully many lives were spared because they heeded the warnings and got to their safe haven.  The prayer of David in Ps.27 is close to my heart, “One thing have I desired of the LORD, and seek, that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of  my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion: in the secret of His tabernacle shall HE HIDE ME; He shall set me up upon a rock.”  Ps.32:5-7″I acknowledged my sin unto the LORD, and my iniquity have I not hid. …God forgave my sin.  For this shall everyone that is godly pray unto Lord in a time when thou may be found surely in the floods of great waters they shall not reach him. THOU ARE MY HIDING PLACE; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.”  Ps. 31:19-21 “Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou has laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!  THOU SHALL HIDE THEM IN THE SECRET OF THY PRESENCE from the pride of man:  thou shall keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.  Blessed be the LORD; for He has shewed me His marvelous kindness in a fortified city.”
